Getha X Estee Lauder Lucky Winner Terms & Conditions
Contest Details:
1. Getha x Estee Lauder Lucky Winner Contest [“Contest”] is organized by Estee Lauder Malaysia Sdn Bhd [“the Organiser”] and is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 years and over in Klang Valley and Selangor area.
2. Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The contest will be held from 16 March 2023 00:00:00 to 19 March 2023 23:59:59. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Contest Period and mechanics at any time
Terms and Conditions
1. This Getha x Estee Lauder Lucky Winner Contest will be governed by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) and entrants agree that they have read and understood these Terms and by their participation in the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by Terms as well as the Terms and Conditions from the Organiser.
2. By participating in the Contest, the participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the Personal Data Protection Terms and Conditions attached herein prior to entering this Contest.
3. This Contest and any issues relating to the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Mechanics
1. The Contest will be mentioned through Estee Lauder Malaysia official online website, https://www.esteelauder.com.my
2. Valid only for completed purchases made under https://www.esteelauder.com.my/ from 16 March 2023 00:00:00 to 19 March 2023 23:59:59, and is not valid for cancelled and/or returned orders.
3. Total of ten (10) spenders will be selected as the winners subject to the following conditions (I) Customers will need to spend minimum RM1 within a single claim from 16 March 2023 to 19 March 2023 to be counted as an eligible entry (ii) The single claim must consists only of Estee Lauder products.
1. Winners will receive Getha’s Aroma Pillow worth RM319 or Soft Pillow worth RM339. Selection and range of Getha products will be by the sole discretion of Estee Lauder Malaysia brand team and is subject to availability.
2. All prizes are given on an “as is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit, other items or voucher, in part or in full.
3. Products in the visual are for illustration purposes only and included as the prize.
4. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
5. The Organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value, at any time without prior notice. The values of the prizes are correct at the time of printing. All prizes are given on an “As Is” basis and all prizes are not exchangeable for cash, credit, other items or voucher, in part or in full.
6. All participants must abide by the terms and conditions of the party[ies] arranging and/or providing for the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to the prizes.
7. The prizes is up to the final discretion of Estee Lauder Malaysia Sdn Bhd and can be subject to change if necessary.
8. The winners will be informed through receiving the prize of the product within 4 weeks after 19 March 2023. The prize will be sent separately to the delivery address registered with the orde.
9. By joining this contest, the customer confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics and its Terms and Conditions.
10. Other than the first-time delivery costs, all other expenses (including but not limited to any re-delivery costs) will be shouldered by the winner.

The Organiser is also not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.
Rights of the Organiser
1. The Organiser reserves the right to use the names and/or photographs of the participants as materials for the purposes of advertising, trade and/or publicity, without any prior notice to the participants and the participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials.
2. The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this contest in the event that it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Organiser, despite the best efforts of the Organiser.
3. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by this Contest’s Rules & Regulations, and the decisions of the Organiser.
Technical Requirements
1. The Organiser shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay and/or failure in the receipt of entry due to the inability of the respective Internet Service Provider [ISP] company and/or telecommunication network to provide timely and/or efficient internet and/or telecommunication services.
2. Participants also agree that the Organiser is not responsible nor liable for any delay, injury or damage to the participant’s and/or any third party's computer, computer system or apparatus relating to or resulting from the access to, participation in this Contest, including the playing, downloading of any materials or information from https://www.esteelauder.com.my and in connection with this Contest, submission/uploading of the photographs for this Contest, including without limitation any server failure, lost, delayed or corrupted data or other malfunction.
